With these questions in mind, The Innes Labour Brief approached Graeme Simpson and Lloyd Vogelman of the Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation for their views on the subject. Graeme Simpson
Graeme Simpson, Co-founder of CSVR and former Executive Director, is an experienced peacebuilder with international expertise in violence, reconciliation and transitional justice. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of the Witwatersrand, Master's degree History from the University of The Witwatersrand and BA Hons History; African Politics; Industrial sociology from The University of the Witwatersrand.

Lloyd Vogelman
Lloyd Vogelman is a founder and former Director of the Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation. Vogelman is a recognised global expert in the realm of Complex Selling, Advisory & Stakeholder Management capabilities. He also developed the Corteks Complex Selling and Advisory Methodology. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Psychology Faculty of Science from the University of London.
