The Operation of the Criminal Justice System in Dealing with the Violence at Amplats

The report examines the operation of the criminal justice system, specifically the process of crime investigation and prosecution, in relation to the violence (and other acts of criminality) which have occurred at the Amplats mines in the North West and Northern Provinces and in some of the informal settlements which are situated nearby.
